The third and last of the three BIONICLE sets that picked up yesterday, on New Years' Day.
Toa Onua here? Well, even though he's squat, I'm proud of how buff the designers have made him look. Suits Onua very well.
lol Now, I'm not that good at reviews, admittedly. But, even so, my views on this remain positive (as do my views on Tahu and Kopaka). And the fact that each Toa comes included with a Golden Mask (as apposed to the blind-bag option, back in the old days) makes my life a whole lot easier. X3 And as for the Skull Spider - well, though very simple, I can understand the direction they were going for here. ^^ And besides, the fact they can attach to a victim's face really does take me back to the good ol' days of the Krana. 
Also, with the second photo here, I was attempting to replicate a pose from the original Onua: img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20… Although... I forgot that the right leg goes forward.

...... I just had a weird revelation: the Skull Spiders... are Bioniclefied Face-Huggers. The 'story' animations show their attack style being leaping at your head with their legs splayed(occasionally making an odd high pitched noise whilst doing so), they attach to the face in model version their legs I can only assume wrapping around the head(maybe? I don't know myself, I'm just guessing on this one), they appear in mass swarms, they stealth about once the 'should-be-Toa-but-is-now-Masters-what-is-this-bullshit?' arrive, they're ruled by a 'not-technically-royal-but-still-close-enough' bigger different variant... Okoto has a dangerous infestation that needs to be Mata-nuked before it spreads to the rest of the planet.
